Delete your account and data
Chave Fit, by Brazza Studio
You can delete your Chave Fit account and everything saved with it at any time, with or without Google sign-in. If the app is still on your phone, that is the fastest way.
In the app
- Open the You tab. To keep a copy first, tap Export my data.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and read what will be deleted.
- Leave Keep the data on this device unticked to delete what is on the phone as well.
- Tap Delete. If you signed in with Google, Google asks you to confirm it is you.
The app confirms the deletion and starts over without an account. This cannot be undone.
Request by e-mail
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Chave Fit data". Send it from the Google account you used in the app. We delete the data within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to confirm.
An account without Google sign-in has no name or e-mail, and the app does not show its ID. Without the app, we cannot tell which anonymous account is yours. So delete the account in the app before you uninstall it. Unused anonymous data may be removed after a period of inactivity.
What is deleted
- Your account: the ID and, if you signed in with Google, the e-mail, name and profile photo link.
- Your data in the cloud, including health data: your own recipes, favorites and lists, avoided allergens and ingredients, targets, weight logs, menus, diary, combinations and shopping lists.
- Grants made by Brazza Studio, such as access to packs or to the creator area during the closed test.
- For creators: your profile, client list, model menus and drafts.
- When you delete in the app, the data on the phone too, unless you choose to keep it.
None of this can be recovered afterwards.
What remains
- Packs you bought belong to your Google Play account. If you come back, restore them in the app with the same account.
- Google Play keeps its own payment records, under Google's policies.
- Model menus a creator sent you remain in that creator's send records. Menus you sent as a creator stay with the people who received them.
- Usage statistics, which are not linked to your account.
- The record of an e-mail request (your e-mail and the result), kept for one year and then deleted.
More details are in the privacy policy.
